Cedar Lake Yacht Club

Family Membership ($560.00): A Family Membership shall include the spouse or partner and all single children, under 25 years of age, as of January 1st in the current year. When the spouse or partner of the applicant is living in the same residence, this membership category is mandatory, regardless of child status, unless the applicant is eligible for a Senior Membership. This membership category is available to a widow, widower, or divorced person with children under twenty-five (25) years of age on an optional basis. 

Single Adult ($285.00): Unmarried adults, over the age of 18 as of January 1st, not covered by a family membership. 

Senior ($260.00): All persons over the age of (i) 60 as of January 1, 2022, or (ii) 70 as of January 1 of the current year, and who have been members for at least 25 years. Membership includes the spouse or partner of the applicant. 

Junior (non-voting) ($100.00): Persons under the age of 25 as of January 1, and not covered by a family membership. 

Corresponding (non-voting) ($110.00): Non-membership status receiving yearbook, and other mailings. Not considered an active member. Must reside at least 150 miles from Cedar Lake Yacht Club. 

Mailing Fee ($10.00): Your yearbook will be mailed to your home. One book per fee.

Centennial History Book ($30.00): This is a 100+ page bound, hard covered book of Cedar Lake Yacht Club’s rich history.  It includes photographs, stories, anecdotes, and much more.

Boat Entry Fee ($100.00): This is a per boat fee for all racing classes; ‘C’, ‘MC’, and ‘X’.

Dry Sailing Fee ($275.00): A per boat fee for boats on trailers kept in the back north lot at Cedar Lake Yacht Club.  Each boat will be assigned a specific dry sail spot at the club and prior to the start of the season, will be contacted with the location of the spot and assigned number.

Mooring Fee ($450.00): A per boat fee for boats kept on lifts at Cedar Lake Yacht Club, space is limited and you must provide your own labeled lift, the boat must be a CLYC sanctioned class. Mooring fee includes the space for your lift, summer trailer storage in the Dry Sailing lot and winter storage for your lift.

Trailer Parking ($215.00): A per trailer fee for additional trailers kept in the back lot at Cedar Lake Yacht Club. Space is limited and trailers must be labeled.

Trailer Identification: All trailers kept on Yacht Club grounds must have the owners name or boat number on them. No trailers can be kept on the grass south of the Yacht Club driveway.

Initiation Fees:

Family: $670 if paid in full or split over two  installment payments with $335 due at check out and $305 due the following year on January 1st.

Single Adult: $335 if paid in full or split over two installment payments with $155 due at checkout and $167.50 due the following year on January 1st.

Junior: There is no initiation fee.

Additional Yearbooks: Your membership includes one yearbook; additional yearbooks may be purchased for $28.00 each.
